Panels (1m X 2m) will be available in the Conference hall for a poster exhibition, in order to present scientific and technical issues in relation to the selected topics. The poster exhibition will take place during the two days of the symposium. Posters size : A0 format (841 x 1189 mm).
 
Posters should be written in English so far as possible.
 
Should you wish to propose a poster, please download the document ‘Poster submission form’, fill in the document and send it back with an abstract (in English, max. 250 words). For formatting your abstract, please use the template available here.
 
The poster proposals will be examined by the Scientific Committee. The decision of acceptance of the poster will be notified to the candidates by April 9th.
 
When a poster is accepted, at least one of the authors is required to participate in the symposium in order to be able to present his poster.
